Reflexology
Reflexology is a pressure point and massage bodywork modality based on the principle that specific areas of the feet have correspondence to the organs, systems, and areas of the whole body. Working those areas of the foot can help to relax and assist the body in self-healing. In this presentation, we will review how the body is mapped on the feet, how to look for problem areas, and demonstrate how to “read” health conditions in the body.
