Ghost
A ghost is the subtle energetic existence of a once-solid human being or animal who has “died” but has not yet left the earth plane. A ghost exists in a blue-grey realm of energy and is locked to the earth plane until some issue has been resolved: a task is completed, a message is given to someone, or the ghost is simply provided the knowledge that he or she is dead and can go to the light. A ghost can be communicated with and can respond.
