Break Off
Often mistaken for a ghost, a break off is part of the energy field of a person or animal that broke off during an incident of intense emotion, such as a violent death. A break off has more color than a ghost because it retains the color of the particular moment in which it was formed. Break offs keep repeating the same motion and you cannot communicate with it. It is not aware of you; it is like a video that keeps replaying.
