It is the stone of Archangels Haniel and Sandalphon.

Geology

Jasper is a Quartz aggregate. The Crystal is made up of tiny Quartz granules and is usually heavily included with different minerals present where the stone was formed. These inclusions are what leads to the numerous different colors and patterns found in the jasper group of stones.. They are each unique to the extensive “bedded” deposits in which they are found. Many of these stones are named after the geographical area from which they were discovered.
