Thunderbird
Today we have a thunderbird in the sky from Cate H. of Naperville. Taken in April of 2011, Cate tells us – “Found this thunderbird right by where I live in Naperville. As you can see, it filled the sky! Taken at about 5:45 in the evening, I was enjoying a spring evening, taking photos of the evening light and newly emerging growth around where I live. In the thunderbird photo you can see my apartment building in the background. It’s just off of Ogden Ave. in Naperville. I was walking across the lower end of the OfficeMax/Binney’s parking lot across the street from my apartment building. I’m sure I turned around and saw the thunderbird quite by accident.”
