This group of Small Sodalite Freeform Specimens show both beautiful form and color. These carved Sodalite specimens are on the smaller size and have a rounded base about 1.25″ to 1.5″ in diameter varying in height slightly between 2.5″ and 3″ from top to bottom. They are beautifully polished on all sides except the base.

Geology

Sodalite is a type of mineral known as a feldspathoid. When magma rich in sodium hardens, crystal inclusions can form together and create this stone. It ranges between shades of deep blue with white patterns. It has been found in Greenland, Canada, Brazil, Italy, and parts of Asia.

Bathe in full moonlight regularly to energize crystals. Cleanse regularly by placing on a piece of selenite or by moving through the smoke of sage. These stones can be gently washed with soap and water if necessary.
