November is often associated with abundance. Thanksgiving is celebrated during this month is several countries, and around the world, many enjoy the last weeks of Autumn before the chill of December and the New Year marches in. Historically, the color yellow has been associated with November; at one point in time, carrying any yellow stone during this month was considered good luck. Nowadays, both crystals recognized as November birthstones are known for their yellow coloration, though other stones have also been associated with this month in the past. Topaz is a stone of energy and optimism, helping one work towards their goals and achieve deeper spiritual connections. It has historically been associated with one of November’s zodiac signs, Sagittarius.
The traditional Hindu birthstone of November, cat’s eye helps stimulate intuition, promote positive thinking, and amplify good fortune. It is known for its “flashing” effect and variety of colors.
Pearl is the ancient Tibetan birthstone of November, symbolizing purity and love. Its soothing energy helps calm and center one’s emotions.
