Lapis Lazuli (sometimes referred to as Lapis) is an ancient stone surrounded by myth and legend. It has been sought after and beloved for millennia for its stunning blue color and for its connection to the heavens above.
This is a stone of self mastery and protection. It guards you from harm by clearing negative energies and EMF radiation in your energy field, as well as cleansing your aura. Lapis Lazuli also balances forces around you so you can walk safely through a situation. Use it to live freely and express your inner truths without worry.
Lapis is also a stone of universal truth and initiation. It is very effective with helping those who have difficulties with talking too much or effectively communicating their thoughts. Lapis is also known for helping to release stress when it comes to speaking out. Those who work in journalism, psychology, and executive positions should seek out Lapis, as it helps with wisdom, mental clarity, and good judgment.
This stone has always been representative of royalty. The sarcophagi of Egyptian pharaohs, including King Tut, were decorated with Lapis Lazuli and other gemstones. In recent times, Lapis has become even more hard to find, which has only heightened its value.
