Goldstone is a type of manufactured glass, being composed of metal and resin. It is smooth enough to be turned into beads, pendants, and other types of jewelry. Most goldstone is red or brown in color with a shimmering surface, though black, blue, green, and purple variations have been created.
This stone is associated with the throat and sacral chakras.
You can place this stone in full moon moonlight to energize. It can also be moved through sage smoke or incense, placed in rice, or buried in the earth overnight.

Goldstone is thought to be particularly useful for soothing arthritis and bone or joint pain. Some also believe it is anti-inflammatory and helpful for circulation.
