Since I have started working with candles, I began learning how to mix the right scents to create the perfect aroma for any situation. I went through a hunt on google searching up “Essentials oils for anxiety, stress, relaxation, etc.” hoping to get a variety of scents that I can combine and make my own, which I believe will give the best result.

I discovered that lavender, bergamot, and frankincense make the best mix for anxiety, not only does it help with that, but it also gives a nice calming scent. These are the three scents that I chose to mix because I believe that while they all have a slight difference from one another, they still share that one common thing: anxiety. Lavender brings in relaxation and helps reduce anxiety, bergamot elevates your mood and helps alleviate stress and finally, frankincense helps with promoting relaxation, peace and overall wellness. I feel like these scents play very well together and what I love is that you get a variety of essential oils that you can personalize to help you with any kind of emotion/feeling, like stones.
