Mookite Jasper
Surviving the holidays this year might be a little easier if you’re looking for a smaller, less-chaotic tradition given most people are quarantined & social distancing. But others may not find it as appealing. In fact, it could lead them to feel lonely or even depressed. If you’re someone who can’t seem to escape the high energy chaos of having family running around the house & hearing the embarrassing stories, here are a couple stones I’d recommend carrying around to help you stay calm & balanced.
My first recommendation is Amazonite. It’s known to soothe emotions, dispel negative energies & bring inner peace into areas of outer chaos. If your holidays are anything like mine, chaos always finds its way in so it’s always nice to have on me just in case. My second recommendation is Chrysocolla. Chrysocolla is known as a “feel better” stone. It works to align, as well as cleanse & re-energize your chakras. It encourages inner balance & confidence, and increases your capability to love. It will help you overcome phobias & keep tempers cool making it a must have for the holidays! However, if you find yourself quarantined for the holidays & worry about being alone, no worries because I have some stones for you too.
My first recommendation would be Yellow Calcite. Yellow Calcite is known to help seasonal affective disorder. It works to release joy into the energy field, helps you remember your own perfection & enhance your physical energy. It can also help clear out old energy patterns & reach your own goals. My second recommendation would be Mookite Jasper. Mookite Jasper is a personal favorite of mine, it helps remind you to be kind to others but more importantly be kind to yourself. It works to help you make better decisions & judgments, making sure you look after yourself allowing you to fill that “lonely” feeling you may have this time of year.
