I have taken photographs of this particular type of nature spirit throughout the Americas. The nature devas explain this is buffalo spirit – “he who embodies the energy of the buffalo.” These images are always large, high up on a mature tree, who is usually the alpha (leader) tree of that area. Wise, quiet, self-giving energies.
