The Chinese New Year begins on February 16! The Year of the Yang Earth Dog ushers a different element and feel. For the previous two years we had fire energy clashing with metal and we had our share of explosive events. Fire is about optimism, while Earth is about being resourceful.
For 2018 we have Earth on Earth. Although this relationship looks supportive, it is too strong. We may see situations where compromise is hard to achieve. Optimism may be hard to maintain. However, being aware of shifts in energies can help us make better choices and decisions that allow us to grow.
The environment we live in is the energetic “soup” we live in. The quality of Life Force energy is explained more clearly with best and bad areas.
The space we occupy at home or work is not empty,
it is full of thoughts, feelings – and beings or life force energy.

Metal is a good Element this year. In the productive cycle of five elements, Earth produces Metal. Place metal items, such as wind chimes and metal singing bowls, in the North and West areas of your home to neutralize the effect of negative energies.
