Historical Folklore

Ancient Indian faceted beryl into hexagons, which enhanced the color, sea green being the most prized. 

Spirits were believed to inhabit the stone. When it was summoned, it would reveal secrets. 

In the Middle Ages, beryl was popularly used as an oracle.

Beryl is a mineral formed in igneous and metamorphic stones, as well as ores. It can be found in a variety of colors, some of which are given different names. These include blue, pink (morganite), green, golden, and red (bixbite). Beryl is found in the United States, Russia, Australia, Brazil, Czech Republic, France, and Norway.

You can place this stone in full moon moonlight to energize. It can also be moved through sage smoke or incense, placed in rice, or buried in the earth overnight.
