Very often we hear people complain about not liking a certain energy or type of person, and we think to ourselves, "But you are like that yourself!! Are you blind?"

The problem comes because that individual so dislikes the energy that they block it totally from their personal field. So since all energy wants to flow on continually through the universe, its solution is to move around this object (the person). This stacks up its type of energy as a series of waves of energy that build up and surround the person, like a shell.

Anyone approaching the person first sees the shell of rejected energy; what the person is like inside that shell is often lost to our perception.

If you are weak about an energy, yes, you have to build a wall to keep it out. But eventually a day will come when you must take another approach. And that is to observe the energy as simply that...a frequency that exists in the universe but has no say for you unless you permit it to do so.

With dignity, you must comport yourself in detachment to that energy, study where it hooks into you, learn to remove those hooks and permit the energy to flow through you unimpeded. Only then will you achieve a consciousness free from any connection to the energy, and any image in anyone else's mind that you are blind to that issue in yourself.
