Nature Spirit Photography Field Trip
Sunday 09/23/2012
1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
$50
1282 Old Skokie Rd
Highland Park, IL
60035

Join Atala at the Infinity Foundation in Highland Park, IL for this field trip!

Invite nature spirits to show themselves to you as they are everpresent. Digital cameras, in particular, can capture spiritual energies unseen by the naked eye. Properly prepare yourself and your camera to capture the nature spirits of rocks, trees, water, and air. Interact with and photograph nature spirits.

This photographic outing is at a local preserve. Digital cameras work best, but inexpensive cameras can work as well or better than more expensive ones, so bring both if you have them, or a film camera if that is what you use. All levels of photographic knowledge welcome. Bring your camera, a tripod is useful, something to kneel on, a sweet for the nature spirits, and dress for the outdoors. Bring a snack if, you would like one, and water. Meet at Infinity to carpool to the preserve 10 minutes away.

Call 847.831.8828 to reserve your place. Phone lines are open 24/7

Kung Fu Master Anthony Ernst will be sharing peaceful, centered ways for the youth to protect themselves in the presence of bullies or other negative situations. Victor van Slee, one of our founders, will be assisting in this lesson.

This BP meeting will begin at 6:30 pm, instead of the regular 7 pm, so that we can take advantage of the park and natural light.

Please dress in comfortable clothes that will allow free movement and won’t constrain.

Please use the NORTH entrance to Wheeler Park. There is a nice area there where the group will be able to work on the grass, free from other park activities.

In the event of bad weather, we will meet in the lower portion of the Crystal Life building, at The Fox Valley Jewish Neighbors meeting hall. The entrance to this area of the building is just off the alley that runs between Crystal Life and the Geneva History Center.
