It’s a scientific fact that time is speeding up. Those of us born in the old times (that’s everyone able to read this) have a sense of being just fractionally out of sync…our individual cog wheel is not slotting in with the universal time wheel cog that way it once did. A strong sense of our own energy field, and the ability to adapt it to the new tempo is very helpful.

One geometric useful for creating flexible field integrity is the merkabah…it is the round ball of energy that surrounds every life form and permits us to adjust our frequency to communicate with others, whether it is the universe, a loved one or a nature spirit.
