Cosmic Portal – Instructions for Photographing Nature Spirits

Following is information on how to photograph nature spirits – it is a handout I’ve been using at my nature spirit photo classes. Trust it is of use to some of you! Shown here is a before (right) and after (left) of a nature spirit as taken in bright sun, and then adjusted in Photoshop. (Shown is a Pan figure, bottom, with his owl familiar perched on his head.) As you can see, the goal is to adjust the images as one would a portrait study of a person, to bring out their best qualities. Enjoy!

Camera Options

Can use cell phone or point-and-shoot

Advantages: take it with you. A good starting point. Gets orbs due to low infra-red correction.

Disadvantages: cannot enlarge. Cannot isolate

Good camera

Can use film but not as subtle technology, can’t see right away, expensive

Digital – can shoot repeatedly, refined technology, can process in computer photo programs, can sometimes see in camera what got

Digital Camera Settings

Automatic ok, or aperture priority. But best when use manual so can adjust depth

Adjust your point of view to isolate image against background. Shoot from different points of view

F8 good for details yet isolates image against background. Can go to F5 if a very flat image. F11 is as high as should go

Use image stabilization setting

Use fast shutter speed. Use appropriate ISO – if hand held, use 400 – 800

Tripod use good when can, to get steady

When to Photograph

Overcast day is the best. There are no strong shadows obscuring the details.

Early morning or early evening, when the shadows are softer and longer, can add drama

Anytime you are out. You can scout an area, take sample photos, and decide when the light would be best. You are doing a photo study.

Where to Photograph

Your own yard

Some place you always feel good when you visit

Local preserve or park

Your Energy Matters Most

Be respectful, in your heart, and open to new concepts

Pause when you arrive at the site and greet the presiding nature deva

Ask permission to photograph in the deva’s realm.

Explain your purpose – why you want to see the figures. Note: this should be for a high purpose, and of service to earth

Be alert for anything pulling you to one place or another, even if it is off the beaten path or you “think” it is not of interest

When you arrive at the site, stop and identify with the energies the nature spirits want you to see.

Converse with the nature spirit, appreciate it, let it know you want to take it’s photograph, and request it come forward so you can photograph the spirit.

Developing the Image

Use a photo program – Photoshop the best

Goal is to enhance the image without losing the consciousness and integrity of the energy

Start with as good an image as you can. Then enhance.

Print on a decent printer, with good photo paper

Cosmic Portal – How to Photograph a Ghost

Some of you have sent in photos of shimmering specters you’ve caught on your cameras and asked if they were ghosts. So I wanted to show you photos of anomalies that are, and are not, ghosts.

These two images below are not ghosts.

Cameras are fun to work with and since their start they sometimes have been used to make double exposures and create ghost-like scenes. There are several ways to create this effect with digital cameras, including selecting to make a double exposure; creating an HDR image from two different photos; and merging several photos as layers, to make them look like ghosts.

Some ghost-like images can occur accidentally – for example, you have opened up the shutter speed to take a photo some place where it is dark and someone passes by as the camera lens is open. You may not even be aware of this, if you are in a public place. This can look like a fog if the person walked very fast – as shown to the left, where I walked very fast through the timed shot.

You can get a ghost with features if the person walked by slowly.

In the photo shown to the right, I used a Nikon D80 on a tripod, opened the shutter speed to “bulb”, attached a cable and locked it in open position. I started by sitting in the chair, then very quickly stood up and exited; the timer ended showing a faint image of me – the “ghost” – in a chair.

Working in Photoshop, you can create something even more sophisticated, by superimposing several images then reducing the opacity of the top image, thus creating a ghost-like visage over a solid scene.

So sometimes a novice photographer may feel they have captured the image of a spirit or entity, but it may be this simple technical explanation, one an experienced photographer can spot right away. And sometime folks make such images on purpose, for the fun of it.

Now shown below are two authentic photographs of ghosts. The photographers were place winners in our 2011 and 2012 photo contests.

The first, by Cindi Probst, shows plasma in the shape of a revolutionary war soldier (seen better when blown up very large), appearing on a clear day in a revolutionary era graveyard. The plasma is very clear, and so is the surrounding image: this is one mark of a good ghost image.

The second, submitted by Kory Gunderson, shows a friend photographed at a so-called haunted restaurant; the white anomaly only showed up in photos of her friend (see insets), and in the large image, the friend is stationary but the white plasma is moving very fast and has a face showing. This is another way to tell if you caught such an image; the stationary status of everything in the photo except the plasma which was moving faster than the camera snapped the image.

The four of us were sitting on the porch steps: my client (a realtor), the homeowner who couldn’t sell her home, me, and the lonely female ghost who was responsible for the difficulty in selling the house.

The ghost was listening to us chat. She was dressed in early 20th century prairie clothes, from a time when there were far fewer houses in the neighborhood and most of them belonged to her relatives.

I gently broached the issue of the ghost’s presence to the homeowner. As often happens when I do this, the floodgates opened and the homeowner burst forth with a long tale about the ghost’s presence on her property. She admitted knowing what the ghost looked like and who her family was – details the owner had never consciously admitted before. The realtor’s mouth hung open. We discussed the situation for some time: that the current homeowner had married and was never coming back and that I could help the elderly spirit cross over, if all were in agreement. The ghost could go to the light and be with the rest of her family. All agreed, but the owner was leery: she had tried many times herself to get the ghost to leave.

I checked in with the elderly spirit. To our surprise, she was eager to leave. She was lonely with no one around. Having just heard that she had the option of going to the light, she wanted to take it. We set space, I body dowsed for the appropriate portal opening for her, and the instant I located it she was gone in a whish of energy. We all felt her presence leave, including the surprised realtor.

Interdimensional Communication

All of us descended from source via vast energy forms that have many parts and levels. We are an expression of infinite energy seeking to successfully and consciously manifest itself in the third dimension. We are also connected to “higher” life forms in other dimensions. When we encounter a new situation where we are uncertain how to proceed, our friends and allies in other worlds can show us how to proceed. Contacting them, too, is initially a dowsing issue.

We can learn to communicate with all life forms throughout the universe via a type of “body dowsing” that permits a person to locate, identify and communicate with any form of life. This is an area where spirit and science are merging quite well. It is a simple technique to practice. Once I have shown it to an energy-sensitive individual, she/he can replicate the process.

The basis for this process follows the same dowsing protocols taught by ASD instructors in the Basic School of Dowsing. Those basic protocols have been extended and internalized to what is called “body dowsing” then further extended to include other dimensions and life forms that exist in our common universe.

Certain preconditions can cause obstacles to success. These factors seem to be field-defining parameters that limit the amount of knowledge or dimensions through which we can travel and the types of beings we can associate and work with.

The first condition is the necessity to break with our civilization’s common perceptions. We have been conditioned to block communication with other dimensions of existence because “they do not exist and/or to communicate with them would be impossible.” So we need to stay open to the possibility that anything can occur.

The second is to understand that, if all existence comes from one source, this is the location where all of us are able to communicate with each other; at the deep source-level. We simply need to connect to source inside ourselves and via internal dowsing locate the source frequency of the other life form.

All of us have used Walt Wood’s dowsing chart from his now-famous Letter to Robin (please click on the title to download a free copy of the book from the Crystal Life website). In dowsing for interdimensional beings, we use this dowsing chart. We hang or swing our pendulums in the ready position, and the pendulum swings to a position on the chart representing the frequency of the being. Gradually, over time, many dowsers internalize that swinging motion, after having observed that there is a slight gradation of energy flowing through the body. This connects our “center” (the spiritual heart in the middle of the chest) to the frequency that the pendulum over the chart is locating and defining. It is then only a matter of time before the whole process is internalized and frequencies can be located by shifting about internally. In this way we “body dowse.”

Third, we need to exist in a state of ahimsa (non-injury or refraining to cause harm to any living creature). If the life-form we are seeking to contact senses that we wish to harm it (or fear it), it will not permit us to contact it in any significant manner.

Getting Started

When we start this type of dowsing, each of us has an affinity for certain families of life forms and it is easier for us to contact them. Gradually, we extend our contact to other life forms. We find that everything is alive. It does not matter whether it is another human, an animal, plant, tree, rock, a manufactured life form such as a cell phone tower or a chair, extra-terrestrials, angels or so-called “dark” forces.

I was once contemplating a particularly difficult job. An area of land had polluted ley lines, vortexes, power lines, traffic and distressed nature spirits. I was deciding which tools to use when I heard a voice say, very clearly, “Well, there is ANOTHER way.”

When this being had my curious attention, it continued, “You can ASK us.” It was one of those “Aha” moments: total, simple logic that had been overlooked.

And so, my journey began. Simply shift frequencies and learn to communicate with the life form in a manner understandable to both you and the life form.

Land Clearing

When I do a land clearing now, I involve the client in this as well. First we discuss the issue that they wish resolved. Then I walk around the property and internally dowse to locate the source of the issue(s). Very often it includes a life form (or more than one) that is misunderstood or upset with the owner. I then come back and set the space where I can communicate with the life form(s).

I internally dowse the frequencies using Walt Wood’s dowsing chart (the chart is shown large size below, should you wish to copy and use it for yourself). I energetically create a three-dimensional self-contained field of energy. Some may recognize this as a Merkabah. I then internally assist the concerned parties (client and life-form) to step into that space and communicate with each other. Unfailingly, they have always been able to achieve this communication. Perhaps it is because each has been attempting to be heard but could not find the proper channel, until now.

I have seen reserved and doubting presidents of corporations burst into tears when they very clearly heard their home communicate with them in such encounters. One wrote me: you “opened our eyes to a new realm of communication and connection we never even thought existed. I was brought to a place where I could connect with my house in incredible ways and reach wondrous insights into myself and my relationship with the world around me. It was an amazing evening.”

Once a conscious energetic connection has been made, the two parties can continue to openly communicate with each other in a spirit of harmony, and resolve their various issues.

21st Century Dowsing

Today, we feel it totally appropriate to dowse which brand of Vitamin C is better for us or where a ley line is. It is only a small step from there to dowsing what kind of energy is living in a locale, what it is, what it needs and wants, and how we are to assist it. This communication will go a long distance toward resolving the needs of the locale’s human occupants as well.

Communication can be with the area’s nature spirits, trees and other plants, rocks, inner earth communities, interdimensional cross-overs, lost spirits, and the living, intelligent communities that make up ley lines and vortices. Our world is changing in frequency. It is elevating and we are beginning to know more and more clearly that there are other worlds intersecting with ours.

Once only the highly esoteric traditions could communicate with other realms. Now more and more people are spontaneously experiencing these crossovers. We can facilitate these communications using dowsing.

We find that we are not alone in this universe, we are capable of communicating with all life, and all of us are a part of larger, interdimensional communities with whom we can make pacts, long-term or short-term, to assist one another.

A recurring theme in consultations folks are having with me is TRUST. In times like we are in today, TRUST is essential. But TRUST in what? We have recently gone through times in which our leaders have been found wanting at the very highest levels: our religious and spiritual leaders, then our government leaders, and now we are down to our business leaders.

The consciousness of change is descending into the gross physical level of our earth. We should be glad instead of sad. All of us with metaphysical background have known for decades that this time would be coming – this time leading into 2012 AD when our earth would be entering a new period of consciousness, one in which we would have the choice to be more aware, in terms of consciousness, or be “left behind.” We would have the choice. NONE of us knew what this world would be like, except in theory.

Well, the time is upon us and we are the ones being given the choice for all of time following, on earth, of how our civilization shall develop. The array of higher forces working with and through each of us is staggering. We are not alone and never have been. BUT we have to learn to listen, correctly. And act: that’s our job on earth, for our combined consciousness team. This is the hardest part of this time, for the actions we are all being asked to undertake are often bizarre, if looked at from the old earth consciousness.

To go forward, to move, requires authentic, reliable trust in those we are working with in the subtle realms. This can be done, but we have to learn to adjust our sight and our views on how the physical world has manifested itself, what is malleable and what is not. This is sometimes very hard to do. No matter whether you are just starting on this road to interdimensional cooperation or are very evolved, the issues match your level of awareness. We are in an infinite universe; every time we master one level of awareness, another whole playing field of energy opens up before us.

We must be aware, because very often the rules of the game change as we move from one field of consciousness to another. To succeed in one field might mean learning that force makes right, while in another it might be that cooperation is paramount. Which IS right? Or is it a subtle mix of all these, requiring the mastery of consciousness such as that of a master perfumer, who knows that a rich scent is often a combination with an undertone of not very pleasant scents mixed in.

Today, we need to develop that mastery of energy: we’re not afraid of the “bad” scent of force, which underlies our ability to peacefully cooperate. We also have to develop our ability to see and act on multiple planes of consciousness simultaneously. Our ability to do so is pushed every time we seek to expand our awareness.

At first, it is sufficient to receive help from the universe when we pray for it, and to treasure it in our hearts. But soon it becomes imperative to receive help while in action. When we have to make serious decisions on the spot, we need to be able to check in with our team, simultaneously discuss the issue with them and receive a “team” answer for immediate action in the physical world.

Here is where trust in the team is essential. You have to have worked out all justifications for your trust in their opinions, their vision in their world, their ability to assist you in grounding this vision accurately in this world. IF you turn your back on them, when in action, you will find they turn their back on you when you next go in to converse with them at the round table of your soul’s mission. You will need to get them to turn back to you, and renegotiate HOW you and they are to accurately communicate so that the team’s mission is paramount when you, the physical element in the team, are performing action in the world.

This is often not easy, and you all know it. Listening to the inner team, which is supplying you with the knowledge of how subtle energy is moving around prior to entering physical form, is essential. But you have to be able to adjust to the different energy signatures or frequencies of your team very quickly, and that is hard while you are acting in the world.

This is why this time is known as the period when spirituality is moving out of the ashrams and convents and into the world. Before, it was enough to be spiritual in seclusion; now it is essential to be spiritual while in action.

In conclusion, let me state that we are all going through this issue at this time. You are not alone in your attempts to hear and see the proper way forward. Listen to your guides, request them to work with you so that you are in communication while you are acting in the world. Help the higher forces to change and transform earth right now, for a better way forward for all the energies of earth.

Cosmic Portal – Visionary Artists and Photographers

Judging is completed for our 3rd Annual Nature Spirit Photography Contest. What began as a fun event is now becoming a picture dictionary of various kinds of life forms who co-exist on earth with us humans. It is inspiring.

We’re heading into a series of nature spirit photography workshops I’ll be offering the public the next few months, and I encourage anyone interested in learning the fine points of this topic to attend. Next year we will be focusing our workshops in another direction.

Last year I wrote a blog about art and photography showing nature forms. Here is this favorite post of mine:

As our Crystal Life collection of nature spirit photographs deepens, a pattern is beginning to emerge. Nature works in an orderly hierarchy of forms, and levels of complexity. Our growing collection of photos from our Blue Papaya, myself, photo contest participants, and the many visitors to our site, is proving to show life forms very similar to those found in the visionary art work of Gilbert Williams, who much of the time focuses on nature spirits in his paintings. His paintings, like the photographs coming to us, show different levels of complexity that form a hierarchy of consciousness development: small round orbs and lights, flying objects, faeries with wings, and then the larger more complex “leaders” of the realm who manifest as full forms.

Mr. Williams states of his art: “To me (visionary art) refers to the metaphysical art that arises from the collective unconscious.” It appears the new digital cameras, in the hands of sensitives, are beginning to pick up many of these life forms as well and that the “collective unconscious” is becoming the “collective conscious” ability to see these significant nature life forms.

The Gilbert Williams images shown here reflect what our contributors and workshop attendees are able to photograph. There are the large stone formations that contain inside themselves images of their living energies. There are orbs that contain inside themselves faces, geometrics and other life forms. There are different levels of nature spirit development being photographed in the same space.

Visit the Gilbert Williams site to see more of his contributions to helping people see into the rich world of spirit . This is not to say that all the plasma and orbs being sent to us fall into this category, but, definitely, some of the images can be explained in this way.

Cosmic Portal – Centering via Working with Trees, Pt 3

Should you be working or traveling in some other part of the country, and need to adapt to the energy of that area, centering via identification with the trees of the area is a good option. It’s a good option as well if you are stressed and are having issues with the energy running through your body – or you have eaten something and are having issues with the “fluids” running through your body.

I have, at times, traveled a lot both in America and around the world. There have been times when I ate something that, it turns out, was a bit hard on my digestive system – maybe a bit “off” or a bit rich. There have been times when the stress of daily life has left me with very raw nerves. And when sun spots are coming in – the way they are this year – my whole body energy system starts to jangle.

In all these instances, I search out a local “friendly” tree and ask for its assistance. So – why and how?

Trees have long been recognized as life forms who bridge the three worlds – heaven (branches), earth (trunk), and the inner earth (roots). They have learned how to harmonize the three energies within their own bodies, and they can assist us in doing so, too. Identifying with tree energy has long been a respected indigenous method for healing human energy.

Here’s how it works. Go to a tree whose energy you “like.” Ask it to help you – you need help – and specify how: ate something, need some peace/patience/stress relief or whatever. “Feel” if its response is a yes (don’t worry if you can’t feel this at first, trust the process – the tree will either help you or will simply be silent – what you are doing is setting up a proper protocol of mutual respect).

Then simply place your hands on the tree, or lean against it, or “hug” it, or sit down leaning against the tree. Feel the tree’s life force energy (you can visualize it as its sap) running down through you and deep into the earth. Visualize/sense/feel it giving you an energy shower. Gradually, gradually, you will feel a soothing of your own energy as the life force energy of the universe, channeled through the vehicle of the tree, clears and soothes your own energy.

Now this methodology has always been known to humans – we just too often have forgotten it. Yoga knows it – the tree pose is a classic position. Paganism knows it – the tree is one of its main symbols. Kabalistic philosophy knows it – the Kaballah tree of life is a sacred geometry symbol that inter-relates human, cosmic and nature energy fields. You will find this recognition of this energy device throughout human society.

So, I love trees – most of you have already surmised that – never met a tree I didn’t like. Tree energies have been very nice to me in return, and have taught me a great deal. I share a lot of this information in my books – We Are Not Alone talks about the structure of this energy. Nature Spirits, Spirit Guides and Ghosts tells stories of some of my learning experiences from trees. My current photographic exhibit, at the Crystal Life Store, is a portrait study of tree energies and the nature spirits who live in them. I invite you to explore these avenues.

A few things you will discover as you work with trees, and as I explain in these different places:

While at the start, identifying with any tree you “like” will work, eventually you begin to notice differences. Different types of trees provide different types of energy. Pine trees are excellent for soothing the energy field, oak trees provide strength of purpose, maple trees provide determination to achieve completion of projects, cottonwood trees help you connect your prayers to spirit…and so on. If you are too stressed out, your energy may be so blocked that the tree cannot flow its energy through you. I discovered this once – see the photo at the start of this blog. The tree spirits apologized for not being able to help. Then they suggested a solution. “Turn around,” they said. I did. “See that indent in the land? That is a vortex that will drain the stress from you, and then we can fill you with our good energy.” I stood in the indent – called a sump hole in the midwest, a place where the land has collapsed in a bit. I felt the counter-rotating energies pulling out my stress, sending it down into the healing earth – doing this helps the sump hole to be effective for it feeds the sump hole the negative energies it needs to survive – it is a natural clearing device for an area. When I had felt the draining stop, I was done for then. “Now,” the nature spirits said, “place your hands on the tree and we can fill you with good energy.” I did that and felt peace flow through.

Cosmic Portal – Battle of the Wood Elves

It is my great honor to be a friend of the tree spirits. I have been working with them consciously for a number of years now. I go out regularly to fulfill their request that I photograph them and show to other humans their very real existence. They are our colleagues here on earth, and we are meant to work together in a conscious manner, for the betterment of all.

As trust has grown between us, and I have become an accepted visitor in their world, I have grown in understanding about the complexity of their tree world. There is much to learn. Trees, like rocks, are a very ancient, deep, noble life form who do much to hold the energy of our world for all others to use.

Here are a few insights about some aspects of their presence on earth:

Many trees are nodes on the earth energy grid. That is, they connect to other points with similar resonance in many far distant points. It looks like those tv graphics that show various lines of communication connecting around the globe. Here, the situation could be to connect to lion energy – or ape – snake – or life forms of other dimensions. That is, the image may be a lion, signifying the embodiment of a specific type of energy that earth holds for all to use. There are many different frequencies co-existing on earth, and different trees – species and individuals – are interactive with different energies. Just like people.

A mature tree will embody many different types of energy and may choose to manifest these energies by growing the image into their trunk or branches. Or they may not, choosing to internalize the energy – just like outgoing v introverted people, or people with a message to share v those who are more private.

Once a tree starts to share its energy via images in its trunk, it very seldom stops with just one image. So a closer study of the tree, walking around it, looking up and down, will often reveal other images.

Humans are actually a collective life form, made of the merging of other distinctive parts like the liver, heart, eyes, brain. Energy workers know each of these parts has their own distinct consciousness and each is perfectly capable of communicating their needs and contributions to the collective, and to the human host, if the human will just listen. Presently, very few humans avail themselves of this ability inherent to their own existence.

Trees also often show this collective concept. Your quiet study of a tree where one image has attracted your attention will very often reveal other energies also present – images inside of images, images making up other images – each with their own distinct energy that may combine to form something quite complex.

These complex layered stories are often hard to capture visually. It requires the proper combination of factors, including the lighting at the outdoor location, identification of the photographer with the tree energy, the consciousness of the tree at that point in time (grumpy, happy, etc.), the trust of the tree and its resident nature spirits to reveal themselves to the photographer, the identification of the photographer with his/her camera which actually affects what the camera “picks up” visually, the quality of the camera, and then the processing of the image via production: the visual programs used, the ability of the photographer to work with that program, the image production process itself.

Here is where modern technology has been so valuable, for our cameras and production ability (especially Adobe Photoshop) are becoming subtle enough to capture these frequencies of other worlds. It is difficult to capture in one photograph all the nuances of a multi-life form in a tree, but with Photoshop assistance, one can lighten or darken or deepen the contrast so that the other life forms are revealed and become clear. Much of my work now is learning to master this technology so that my abilities are worthy of matching the gift of sharing with the world the tree, rock and nature world existences whose stories are being shared with me.

I encourage others to start experimenting themselves. Just start – when nature sees your interest, it will reciprocate, if it finds your intent worthy and non-harmful. For example: I myself started by discovering bear images everywhere (bear being my totem animal). Then suddenly green orbs would appear when I was really “in the zone” – the energy identifying itself as the “Green Faery.” Now I can see this energy more clearly, with physical Greenmen and Greenwomen revealed in trees. I have progressed from witnessing simple images to chronicling more complex stories.

Here is an image I am working on now – it reveals a Battle of the Wood Elves. The situation resides within an ancient Virginia Live Oak I photographed at an old estate in Florida and one could parallel what was happening on the estate, over time, with the images in this tree. Notice on the right what looks like a Batman figure in middle age – he is distinctly jowly and quite beaten up, with a battered and “bloody” right eye and dried tree blood around his mouth. His right cheek is not quite right – and that is the clue to the story. Look carefully and you see two wood elves clearly of a different -and higher – energy who have declared war. Batman and one elf are looking at each other eye to eye, as each has dug in for a long battle. Look even closer and you can find many smaller and larger images inside each of these two major combatant energies.

Universal consciousness	The consciousness that always was and always will be – eternal, infinite, universal. The source of all else in creation, inside everything and beyond everything. At its ultimate source it is one. At that point at which it becomes aware of its own existence and observes itself duality begins: the observer and the observed.	All creation has blossomed forth from here and ultimately returns to here. This is the source of all. It exerts a magnetic pull on earth existence, which seeks consciously or unconsciously to return to its all-fulfilling source.	Exists in all other levels, in all polarity constructs such as good-evil, dark-light, strong-weak. Its highest point is oneness and its lowest inconscient matter.
Individualized consciousness (the soul)	All creation is formed of particles of consciousness of the Supreme that are shaped to meet particular purposes, such as color, emotions, thoughts or physical forms from manufactured items to stones to human beings.	This is a part of the Supreme that has been sent into the earth plane to acquire experiences. The choices and events happening to each particle cumulatively shape it in a very unique way, so that its experiences as it moves towards perfection are unlike those of any other particle.		Begins when duality begins. Ranges from simple particles that, upon the dissolution of the form return to the universal consciousness, to the highest earth form, the human soul, which carries the essence of its lessons from each life into the next. When weak: can be overwhelmed by the world and retreat into silence. When strong: serves as the inner pilot for the form, guiding it in harmony with the Will of the Supreme.
Heart	The seat of the soul in a human. The keystone or pivotal point between the inner and outer worlds and in the body chakra system between the mind and the vital. Its function is true love and oneness.	This is a magnetic force that connects the soul both to its father source, the realm of spirit; and its mother source, the world. It keeps the soul constantly moving between the two, seeking to identify with and please both.		Carnal love does not come from this plane but from the vital. Weak: indifference to the world. Strong: oneness with the world.
Mind	The mental plane. Organizing and discriminating. Searches and envisions from the inner worlds to manifest on earth.	Organizes, orders, inspects. Takes things apart and examines them.		Weak: chaotic. Strong: clarity and order
Vital (Life-energy)	Life-energy, emotions. Enables soul to move about on earth.	Works with polarity constructs – opposition of magnetic forces (love/hate, dynamism/lethargy) – until being learns to master them through detachment, identification & transformation. Works with flows of energy through chakras and meridians.		Weak: overwhelmed by emotions that can’t control, see-sawing between polarities; becomes rigid in effort to experience only one side of a polarity (peace not anger); or shuts down in effort, leading to lethargy and illness. Strong: calm dynamism, balance, vibrant health
Physical	The plane of solid matter on which a soul or consciousness-form manifests its purpose and function. The playing field.	Gives the soul a material form through which it can learn to manifest its will or God’s Will on earth.		Ranges from the subtle to the gross physical. Weak: the body construct breaks apart and death occurs. Strong: the soul can protect itself and enact its will with physical matter.
Inconscient Matter	Matter is at its densest here. The Supreme has packed Itself so tight that at its base there is no apparent action; yet inside its core it, too, is the light of the Supreme. Some feel the earth-game will not be done until even this plane has been enlightened and transformed – a goal uncountable millions of years in the future – and all earth existence becomes one with the Supreme, absorbed back into Itself through the oneness of Light; the Game is Done.	The anchor of the physical world inside the universal consciousness of the Supreme. The base of the Supreme’s game of light and dark; the base from which the growth of light is measured.		Weak: the dark forces of the universe take their existence from here. Total lethargy and inability of the individual form to help itself. Strong: The powerful base of a form in the material world. Gives stability & determination so that vision can overcome all opposition and become material reality.
